Our Website is hosted on Kajabi, which uses cookies and similar technologies to provide website functionality, security, account management, and other platform features. Third-party Service Providers 

 We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate Our business and deliver the Service. These providers may process Personal Data on Our behalf only as necessary to provide their services.

We currently use Kajabi to host Our Website, deliver digital products and online courses, process registrations, manage customer accounts, send email communications, and provide other business operations related to the Service.

We may also use payment processors (Kajabi and Stripe) to securely process purchases. We do not receive or store complete payment card information.

We may use Google Workspace for business email, file storage, documents, and administrative operations; Zoom for live calls, workshops, coaching sessions, and recordings; and Telegram for messaging, community participation, or coaching communication when those features are part of the Service.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data (European Economic Area and United Kingdom) 

If You are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the United Kingdom, We process Your Personal Data only when We have a lawful basis to do so under applicable data protection laws. Depending on the circumstances, those lawful bases may include:
